RATES
$0 - $99 is $10.00 for shipping
$100 - $199 is $15.00 for shipping
over $200 is $20.00 for shipping
When checking out, if you see prices for the "Flat Rate XXXX:" is different than what's to the left of this, that means that an item in your cart has non flat rate shipping or a non flat rate shipping item included in your items.
EX: 2 items in your cart. Item 1 is $20 and qualifies for flat rate. Item 2 is also $20 but does not qualify and the shipping cost for this item is $25. For the "Flat rate under $99" will NOT show $10, it will instead show $35 ($10 flat rate item + $25 non flat rate item).
