QUICK FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If there is a picture of an item in the product in the shop then that is the product you will receive. Obviously you will only receive the relevant item in the picture and nothing else that may be shown along with it in that picture.

As registered customer you can view your order info by first making sure you are signed in then you can go to the top right of the page and click on where it says “Hello, —“. From there, there will be a dropdown that will show you all your options for your account. You will just need to select the “Orders” tab from that dropdown.
Guests who purchase from the store without registering an account will not have any ability to see order details and can only rely on any emails that were sent.
Returns are only accepted up to 15 days post receipt of the item. Items must be in same unaltered or unused condition as when it was sent. For the return itself you need to contact us and we will go over the process you will need to return the item.
If an item is listed as out of stock then the answer is yes we will add stock when we get it in. If we have an item that is out of stock that we wont be reordering then we will remove the item from the shop which means you will not even see them. So if its in the shop then we will get it back in BUT we cannot guarantee when that restock will occur as we are at the mercy of suppliers.
